A Note from Solura

Every Solura jar is handcrafted with care - from slow-whipped tallow and organic oils to the final hand-packed box that leaves our Montana workspace. We believe your skincare ritual should feel as pure and intentional as the ingredients inside.

We do our best to ship your order swiftly, but never rush quality. Here’s everything you need to know about how your Solura package makes its way to you.


Order Processing

All Solura products are handmade and hand-packaged in the United States using nourishing, natural ingredients sourced from regenerative and trusted farms.

Because every batch is crafted with care, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100.

  • Standard shipping times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.


Shipping Protection

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add shipping protection for extra peace of mind. While we carefully package every order, unexpected bumps can happen in transit. This protection helps cover any damage or loss that may occur once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

If you’d like to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted on any item — opened or unopened — as part of our Happiness Guarantee.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you’d prefer to try a different product, our team can guide you through an easy exchange.
